This company is super disappointing wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. It’s a rental home wasn’t expecting the rugs to look brand new we left the guy at the home as good faith to get the job done. Came back next day the house smelt like mildew. First glance it looked okay, but after moving out one of the beds from the room it clearly shows the guy didn’t clean the rugs at all. I messaged Gary and I can’t even get a message back. Brandon from The Carpet Machine cleaned my carpets and an area rug this week. He was very thorough and did a great job! I can highly recommend them.

Brandon went above and beyond cleaning my friend’s carpets and sofa. He is such a hard worker and did such a thorough job. Plus, he is such a friendly and kind man.
We have been using The Carpet Machine to have our carpets and furniture cleaned for over 5 years and we have always been extremely pleased with the results. Gary is always so friendly and helpful in meeting our scheduling needs. Our technician, Brandon, is amazing! He always goes above and beyond to please his customers. I highly recommend them for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
