Was just passed by a van from this company going at least 80 in a 45 cutting off cars, tailing within inches and lane shifting like they were drunk. Idiots going to kill someone and cost the business a lot of money. Drivers side back window has a large ghost sticker.
We had a whole home turnover between tenants, and Carpet Machine cleaned the terrazzo and carpet. Gary scheduled things initially and was very friendly. The technician Brandon was knowledgeable and thorough. He did a fantastic job and the house looks great. A couple old pink stains we knew may not come up, but otherwise amazing. 5 Stars
This company is super disappointing wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. It’s a rental home wasn’t expecting the rugs to look brand new we left the guy at the home as good faith to get the job done. Came back next day the house smelt like mildew. First glance it looked okay, but after moving out one of the beds from the room it clearly shows the guy didn’t clean the rugs at all. I messaged Gary and I can’t even get a message back. Brandon from The Carpet Machine cleaned my carpets and an area rug this week. He was very thorough and did a great job! I can highly recommend them.
(The carpet was cleaned in NOVEMBER 2023, today is July 3, 2024. I've just been busy, but they were so amazing, I needed to still come back and leave a review!)
