Attempted to call almost a dozen times in the last week multiple times I was sent to voicemail after only a couple rings. I will never do business with this company. Edit: you do know people move right claiming false review when you have no idea where people live is extremely rude
The carpet looks amazing! Henry was friendly and professional!
We had several rooms professionally cleaned before a move and he did an excellent job! He showed up on time (even 15 minutes early!) and got everything done within two hours. He was super professional, friendly, and gave us tips on how to keep carpets clean for the future. Also, he was available on Saturdays and scheduling was super convenient online. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies in town too! Would highly recommend for any and all future cleaning needs!
The first kudos for the Carpet Kings are for their short notice availability. I had not considered the high volume of turnover in the area, and found myself in a bit of a pickle with the move-out checklist. Thank goodness they could squeeze me in! Arrived early and got the job done quick and well. Henry was efficient and professional. Would call these guys again, and highly recommend.
Prompt and so polite. They also scheduled me in quickly by the end of the month with very little notice.
