The Carpet Kings have been my goto carpet cleaners for a few years now, they have helped keep my gym and house clean and presentable. I would highly recommend. Hands down, 5 stars. Thank you guys!
I have had The Carpet Kings to my residence twice a year for the last eight years. (I have four dogs) They always leave my place smelling great and looking better each time they clean. They have never changed the price on me unless I ask for something extra. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable and affordable carpet cleaner.
My partner already wrote a more detailed review of our less-than-ideal experience with Carpet Kings. In short, they required more money ($75) to perform a pet treatment service that then failed the property management’s move out inspection. They offered to return, but the fee to allow them reentry was the same cost as the service so it didn’t really make sense. If you’re looking for a cheap carpet cleaner that provides a mediocre service, sure I would call Carpet Kings. Had I ever received the partial refund they promised me, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. The owner of Carpet Kings took down our address after promising us a refund for an add-on pet hair removal treatment that did not pass our move out inspection. This was over a month ago.
