We chose carpet house for our kitchen backsplash install. Rob was the representative we worked with and he was extremely helpful and attentive to any questions we had throughout the process. The installers showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the job. A carpet house rep even came by during the install to check the progress and make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy with our experience

I had a really great experience with The Carpet House. The team was helpful without being pushy and took the time to walk us through different options. I ended up going with the Aurora Gold Polished tile that was on sale, and it looks even better after the install than expected. The installation crew did a fantastic job. Everything was clean, precise, and finished on time. You can tell they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
