Excellent! Tom was courteous and professional from scheduling to finished job. He offered a detailed yet quick estimate and advice coming from experience. The quality of work comes directly from that experience. This professional stretching and seam work, through two rooms and several doorways and stair riser, has prolonged the life of my carpet and just plain saved me money. The Carpet Guy is easy to recommend.
Tom the Carpet Guy did a great job patching the hole in my carpet left by my new 5 month old puppy. He had an opening in his schedule so he came the same day I called and had it repaired in less than half an hour. Tom was professional and affordable. Highly recommended.
Our sewer collapsed and the plumbers pulled back the carpet on half of our lower level to replace the pipes. They weren't gentle. 6 doorways, one stair and 2 closets were involved plus a seam where the jutt backing has come loose. When Tom was done, you couldn't tell anything had happened. He made a difficult job look great. He is a professional at the top of his game. I'm keeping his card!
