These people are outstanding! I had to leave a message the first time I called. They responded promptly, and answered all my questions. I booked an appointment for later that week. They arrived on time, went to work and my carpets look like new!! Everyone was extremely polite and professional. Great price too. I'm having them back to do another couple rooms in a couple of weeks!

Just found out recently that the mold remediation and proper ventilation we hired carpet genie for a few years ago was never done... Here we are having QCC a reputable company come out and have it fixed with pictures and duct cleaning. Drywall removed, including moldy insulation, and wood. We're now doing a complete bathroom renovation upwards of $10,000.. just glad we didn't get sick. We still have receipts and went in the attic to find out it's covered in mold. The crew showed up in a timely manner and really outdid themselves. They were very polite and easy to work with. My couch turned out amazing. Like new again! Would definitely recommend!

Everything looks amazing! Had my carpet and sectional done. The last photo is a side-by-side I thought my carpet was a cream white turns out it’s actually white! Five stars definitely will be having them clean again!
