Got a quote for $120 over the phone, but once he was set up he said my carpets needed “extra treatment” and tried to charge me $290. When I said no, he packed up and charged me a $75 trip fee anyway. Felt like a classic bait-and-switch.
Scheduled a morning appointment and they showed up 2 hours late with no call. The guy rushed through in 20 minutes, missed the edges completely, and my carpets were still soaked the next day. Called for a redo and got sent to voicemail. $160 down the drain.
I had an amazing experience with the carpet cleaners! I called them in a bind, and they were able to come the very next day. They worked around my schedule and offered a great price. The results were fantastic! Highly recommend their services!
Got my couch cleaned and they completely removed the strong dog smell from our couch! They worked quickly, were super friendly and were very reasonably priced compared to others I reached out to. Highly recommend them!
