Fantastic customer service. The owner took his time to explain the options for my repair, there were no surprises or hidden fees. The entire experience was amazing.
I reached out to Richard last year to help design a memory box for our members when they have experienced a loss in their life. Originally, Richard told me he doesn’t really work on small projects like this but, would see what he could draw up for us. He has completely knocked it out of the park!
