We had a 4 year old hot water tank suddenly blow a hole that flooded our basement with warm water, ruining the carper and part of the walls. We had full rooms of furniture and needed serious help immediately. We did a Google search, found The Carpenter Edmonton. We were very impressed with this company. Ronny was always available for questions and was able to fit us in very quickly. Tyler and Ken worked a very long day completing the work and Ronny returned to remove the equipment in a very timely matter. We would definitely use this company again and will recommend them with confidence.
Ronny, the owner, is a truly knowledgeable, skilled & compassionate person. He was very quick to come & assess our water damage & provide a reasonable, detailed quote. The work & safety protocols were well managed by him & his competent crew. Ronny was available to answer our numerous questions on short notice. Thank you for helping us with our unexpected project. It was fully completed as outlined in the contract & there were no extra surprise costs. We would definitely hire this company again as needed.
