Horrible business practices and operations. Devices break easily and often and have even injured some people and caused damage to their skin. I am a cosmetology instructor and was asked by my director about introducing the device to my esthetics students. HARD NO! So many other quality devices and treatments to offer clients out there! I also notice all of the positive reviews here are posted by employees, they were probably forced by the company. Do not order anything from this company. I found my charger minutes after ordering a new one. Then I tried to cancel it and they said it was after office hours. Monday they said it shipped, but would refund my $21.00 !!!! - $9.99 shipping cost (So basically I am still paying $10. for a couple pieces of plastic) Then they emailed me saying that they are reversing the refund and not allowing me to return it. Yikes!
Great company. Awesome staff and wonderful product. Everyone should have a nuface device!
Good produc
Terrible customer service. I just purchased the Mini Mighty device and it won’t pair with the app. Customer service did not respond to email and the 800 number is set up where it won’t accept calls to help with the app. Very disappointed.
