Although Tom had a seemingly good demeanor and professional appearance; I cannot say anything positive about his ability to fight for and win for the injured. He dropped the ball on my case by using the statute of limitations and a separate incident against me. Instead of being expedient about returning calls, answering US mail correspondence, filing paperwork, and standing up to defend my entitlement he personally filed a dismissal to my claim and lied about the limitations.
