The pricing isn’t transparent. It was listed a bit above $900 with the $500 summer discount. However, there is a required caterer/vendor. Upon estimate, the caterer in total, even at the cheapest I could get, would be a little above $9,000 for food+tables/chairs. This would put us at above $10,000 for a venue listed on The Knot and Google as $900 (with the $500 discount).
