My mom decided that she wanted to live in an independent living building. She wanted more of a social life at her hands. The Carnegie at Washingtonian Woods was recommended. We are just now moving my mom in, but the facilities, the amenities, the food including a fine dining restaurant and the staff are exceptional. I am getting the runaround about when they will open their Memory Care or Assisted Living. Very frustrated. "I don't know" is not acceptable reply from multiple people. More information please.
