Love The Carlton House Staff, like family
So sad the world we live in. I just seen two NYPD officers in full uniform ask to use the restrooms at this location while on duty and they wrongfully denied. This is a bad look for the upper east side. The doorman was unreasonably rude, and should be immediately replaced.
I don’t live here, but I did want to post this review which might at least provide some understanding of the level of guest service, at least at the door. Today I was on my way back home from Central Park with my dog and our walk was a little more strenuous than usual. My dog was a little overworked and she stopped at The Carlton House.
