During my stay as a tenant I observed concerning behaviors in common areas (including substance use by a minor) and saw how the administration did not adequately prioritize those types of incidents. Im sick and tired of the residents of this complex throwing things in my yard! Since we moved in next door I've had a burner phone ,clothing and now a God Damn Piss bottle thrown in my yard. FYI I threw that piss bottle back
This place is no longer safe. A lot of complaints about cars getting broken into. I left my bicycle in front of my apt door and it was gone in a matter of hours. Very poor security.
