SEVERE RODENT INFESTATION: Avoid this complex and JCM Management. Living here was a nightmare due to a severe, untreated rodent infestation and complete neglect from management. Mice have been sighted in the hallways, stairwells, apartments and common areas. We had been reporting rodent issues for 3 years and the result was a few traps being laid in our apartment and no attention to fix the root of the issue.
