Beware - horrible rat problem, mice - not good for human beings to live here.
The place is below average. Old building. Drafty windows that do not close well. They charge you for any maintenance call an arm and a leg (garbage disposal is $250). Not enough security since any one can enter the building from the market side. Parking is a nightmare. Rude management.

Good location, Nice neighbors, allows small dogs, Secure entrance and 24/7 Front desk person association board needs to be changed and new people put in there place that are really going to look out for the best interest of the owners and willing to do what's best for the owners and update the building to attract people to want to move in.
