My mom and I were recently invited to attend a “Lunch and Learn” event at The Carlisle. As owners of a local nurse registry (private duty home care company), we work every day with seniors. When asking us for recommendations about assisted living facilities or senior communities, one of the first questions they ask us is about the food/dining. The new owners of Carlisle are assembling a great team that are caring, knowledgeable and very kind to the residents My parents moved into Independent Living almost 2 yrs ago and there have been a lot of changes Everything is being updated and looking wonderful Erica has been a great addition and has been doing a great job with Activities We just moved my Dad into memory care and although it’s been rough the staff and administration have been very helpful Sharron and Edeline have been extremely helpful and understanding. 2026 Update- The Carlisle is under new ownership- a majority of the staff and medical personnel are gone. They seem to be having trouble keeping people- this place is much different now .They have increased the rent and medical charges for nearly every resident we know with little explanation of the criteria used to justify the increase. They are doing lots of updates to the property too, so we will assume more increases will be coming in the future.
