I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with The Carlisle, and especially with Jackie. We moved my 73 year old aunt into the Carlisle after visiting five other communities in the area. The Carlisle is the best option, it looks luxurious and feels like a fancy hotel. I am a placement advisor and recently placed a client in independent living. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure every need was met. The staff was prompt and responsive, always following through quickly and efficiently.
Disappointing experience - TV commercials look great using bait & switch technique. Assisted living director is mean & unqualified. My parents were there for many years & the quality of the care kept going downhill. Explore other facilities before committing to this place.
