I absolutely love performing at The Carlisle Palm Beach! From the very first day, the level of professionalism and warmth from the entire team has been outstanding. I perform at this location regularly in all levels of care and I see nothing but great and thoughtful care for the residents. Not only a beautiful location but friendly staff and plenty amenities and activities to keep the residents active and thriving. It’s always a great experience walking in the doors.
I performed live entertainment at this community on several date in 2025 and submitted invoices for payment. Apparantly, due to changes in personel, namely the activities director, and despite extensive follow-up, certified letters, payment has still not been received. Hoping management will address this promptly. I will continue my follow-up and CC the chaiman of the board.
