Carissa was amazing to work with during the weekend of my daughter prom. She very engaging, full of energy and made my daughter feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back for more services.
I want to start by saying that the quality of hair I received in the past was always great. This past wig order not so much. The wig that was provided to me has been the worst hair I’ve had in a decade. The wig was listed as raw hair, but was far from that. There are plenty of red strands throughout this wig and it feels like cheap processed hair. It smells like black dye which I never asked for and the lace is thick.
