I take my dog Monty here, the staff are lovely and always pleasant and polite. Nothing is too much trouble and I've called the practice to ask questions before and my questions have always been answered without a problem. My only disappointment is the parking which is sometimes full and being disabled, I can't walk that far. Mostly, I can get parked.
We have used Carisbrooke vets for our cats for over 30 years, they have always been amazing. When we had to have our cat put to sleep earlier this year, they were so kind, we could not have asked for more.
Very happy with the care and treatment that Katy gave to my dog!
Incredibly caring, thoughtful, kind, sympathetic vets. My nan's cat had to be put to sleep and the vet who did it explained the entire process, including cremation options. I can't recommend this place highly enough
