I have been with you for 19 for two dogs. I have only rarely had a consultation which wasn’t of help to my dogs. Return visit to a known vet has always ended up with a good outcome in terms of understanding what is wrong and how it can be treated. Your office staff are a credit to you and I have noticed some clear improvements in the Carisbrooke surgery recently. I really like the text notifications. All in all me and my dog are very pleased with what you all do.
Forever grateful We came to you, new to the Island, and with a little doggie in a bad way. He had been treated at a different local vets prior to our first appointment with Carisbrooke vets. We have always had the best treatment for our pets. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would recommend Carisbrooke vets to everyone.
Always feel confident that my cats are being treated well, find it really helpful that they now send a text reminder for when vaccination and flea and wormer appointments are due, I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone living on the Isle of Wight.
