We were on holiday and our dog Millie managed to cut her leg quite deeply. Carisbrooke saw us straight away and stitched the wound there and then. They explained everything very clearly and provided excellent aftercare information and advice. We also found the fees compared with our own vet at home to be very reasonable. Hopefully when we holiday here again nothing like this will happen again but we would recommend them 100%. Thank you very much.
As a family we have been using this vets for all our pets. The service is faultless, staff so friendly and loving to our pets. I feel safe knowing I have Carisbrooke Vets looking after my fur babies.
We have always been very happy with the Carisbrook vets staff. Floki is a large dog who is dog reactive and they go out of their way by giving us the last appointment and seeing him outside. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
Our much loved cat Sooty was put to sleep on Monday and I cannot thank everyone enough for their care, words, kindness and professionalism for what was a traumatic time. It's a comfort to know he went peacefully and painfree, thank you.
Fantastic receptionist who was just a lovely person, really caring and understanding. The vet I saw very very good, explained everything concisely, very good with my dog. The only thing that would make it perfect for me is to see the same vet, the reason I say this the dog gets used to the same vet every time and the vet knows the dog.
