Fantastic receptionist who was just a lovely person, really caring and understanding. The vet I saw very very good, explained everything concisely, very good with my dog. The only thing that would make it perfect for me is to see the same vet, the reason I say this the dog gets used to the same vet every time and the vet knows the dog.
I can’t recommend Carisbrooke Vets highly enough! The whole team is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. From the moment I walk in, my dog Annie has always been treated with kindness and patience, which instantly puts us both at ease. The vets take the time to explain everything clearly and never rush through appointments, and it’s obvious they truly love what they do. The reception staff are welcoming and efficient. I feel completely confident knowing Annie is in safe and caring hands.
I take my dog Monty here, the staff are lovely and always pleasant and polite. Nothing is too much trouble and I've called the practice to ask questions before and my questions have always been answered without a problem. My only disappointment is the parking which is sometimes full and being disabled, I can't walk that far. Mostly, I can get parked.
We have used Carisbrooke vets for our cats for over 30 years, they have always been amazing. When we had to have our cat put to sleep earlier this year, they were so kind, we could not have asked for more.
Very happy with the care and treatment that Katy gave to my dog!
