Our recent visit was as to be expected, waiting time was short, staff were pleasant and the vet was thorough and efficient.
Very good kind and gentle with my dog whom hates to be at the vets. Staff also very understanding
Thank you to the reception team for your welcome and calming presence. Cat and dog separated is great but dog owners don’t follow.
Our 12 week old puppy, Daisy, was feeling unwell. She had diarrhoea and was lethargic a few days after having her 2nd vaccination. After calling Carisbrooke vets we were seen immediately by a lovely vet named Jarisha. She was so attentive and gave Daisy a full check before administering antibiotics, pain relief and probiotics to treat a suspected infection. We were so pleased with our experience I made a point of taking the vets' name. Thank you, Jarisha. Daisy is peacefully snoring away and hopefully on the mend 😊
Very helpful, booked us in at short notice as our dog became ill while visiting my parents. The vet was very good and talked us through everything
