I’ve had an incredible experience with The Caring Group, where my son receives both Occupational Therapy (OT) from Korinne and Speech Therapy from Christine. Both therapists have been nothing short of amazing in their work with my son. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE The Caring Group! They have done a wonderful job helping my daughter find her “voice”! She loves going to her sessions and adores her speech therapist, Annie!
We’ve been with the owners for years now. They do great with both my daughters. I am so thankful how understanding they are with our schedule and how much they accomplish with our children.
Made an appointment for an evaluation for my child. Waited several minutes for the therapist to unapologetically tell me she was double booked but I could come in next week on the same day. I asked why I wasn't notified before the appointment, she explained she sets her own schedule so she had switched her current clients for this time. I asked again, why I wasn't called, it went back to how she schedules her appointments. I got my referral changed to ABC Pediatrics.
