I've worked for The Caring Company for over a year. They are the best company I've ever worked for. They treat their employees and clients with such compassion. I have been working with The Caring Company as an aide for 17 months now. I was hired on to become the caregiver for my father. My dad was not a "people person" but in the few months that he was a client, he had nothing but good things to say about the company. (Mainly Jesse and Natalie because they were whom he dealt with the most besides myself) They really do care about their clients and their staff.
