I'm not one to ever write reviews but I'd hate to see another family waste money on this place. The pictures online look great but do not match to what the place actually looks like. When I first walked into our room, I immediately smelled mold. A few of our outlets weren't working, mainly the ones by our beds. We called the front desk and they weren't able to send maintenance out until the next day. Maintenance comes and put blank cover plates over the outlet. The room itself gave more of "motel" vibes. Great Resort. Stayed a week and we received room service daily. The rooms were very clean and we were assigned a personal assistant and he/she was great. The location of the Resort is also great.

BEWARE of which room you book! There are (4) different options. Because we were looking for a standard room, we were in the Jamaican which is the very old building at the end. It was nice to be on the ocean and the last building before residential. Otherwise, there were holes in the walls, cockroaches, the sink in the kitchen was leaking and needed an emergency plumber. Door didn't close/lock unless shoved shut. Plumbing was poor. This building needs to be updated :(

Upon arrival we waited 20 minutes in line just to check-in. Beautiful hotel and lobby area, looks just like the pictures online. Of course, they decide to tell us there was $200 worth of fees we had to pay in addition to the $400 we had already paid for the 2-night stay. We got checked in, and were assigned to the Jamaican building- which was not featured in the photos online, only the towers were!
