This hotel is disgusting and the staff is terrible. Expect to spend hours standing in line to check in. Any maintenance request (see photos) from the staff will not be met, and will require hours of standing in line so don’t even bother to ask. Absolutely the worst. Do not stay here.
We had the best time ever at this resort, it was clean and Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again. The elevators were a bit slow, but they were nice and clean, and I saw them doing that every single day cleaning the walls floors so they took good care of the Resort to ensure it cleanliness.
