The front desk girl Elizabeth was the nicest most efficient front desk person I think I've ever had. I drove all night and to have someone smiling and be that sweet and helpful really made set the tone and made my whole day. I know this is Britton and they don't care about their employees and have way too many executives, but she is a shining star. Amazing how good she is with the Britton stigma and management issues. Bravo young lady...
Excellent location. Rooms (condos Caymen) were very nice and spacious and everything you need for a very comfortable week.
Shower took 20 minutes to heat up.
Don’t stay there. The room looked like someone had tried to break in the door. The bathroom door almost touched the toilet. Staff didn’t know where amenities are. Told conflicting information at check in. Outdated
