We highly recommend this Beautiful hotel. I only wish I could give it a higher rating. It is Beautiful on the outside and Beautiful on the inside. Beautiful pools inside and out, lazy pools so many.We are on the nineth floor ,our view is Breathtaking . Honestly this hotel has the two nicest receptionest ,In this day and time much harder to find.! Newly renovated rooms are nice and bright. Staff was excellent to interact with.
This was our fourth year here, after many years a bit farther down south. We spend 10 days at the facility for 8 to 10 guys. They have done renovations on tower and working on condo's. Customer service is hit and miss. Had to ask for new towels after a few days, suppose to get daily for 2 bed 2 bath condo's that holds 4 people. Then after nothing for several days we got towels 2 days in a row. No consistency. The hot tub quit after 4 days and it took them 5 days to get fixed, not without constant harassing by our group to fi... read more
