Wonderful! I bought an e-bike online a few years ago as a commuting option. Recently a handful of spokes broke on the rear wheel. Machinery Row wouldn't touch it, got a little snobby about Chinese parts, etc. From the Cargo folks, it was just "Yep, we can do that." And they did! Rides great now. Seemed like a very reasonable price, too.
Bike rides like new again after replacing my hanger and derailleur, and the owner clearly cares about customer satisfaction. I'll be coming back.
I had my e-bike tuned up by a different mechanic in town, and he said the only thing he couldn't fix was swapping out the break pads because he didn't have the parts. Cargo tried to oversell me on more repairs I didn't need, and in the end, charged close to $100 for parts and labor just to change the break pads, which was more than the tune up I got from a different mechanic. They were very vague about when they would finish and it took a week, I expected it to be a same day repair.
