I recently had my ebike fixed here after I was turned away from another Madison repair shop. Ebikes are usually tough to repair, but Cargo Bike Shop was willing to help me out and got my issue fixed. The staff was quick to respond to my emails and they got my bike back to me in great condition. Definitely the place to go for bike repairs.
Recently got a flat nearby and the guy running the shop happily let me borrow a pump to get back on the road. The store seems really cool with some awesome bikes, when I’m in the market I will be coming back.
For as bike friendly as Madison is, there are very limited options for shops that service e-bikes. Cargo is the only locally owned one I know of. With the market cornered, they could easily take advantage but I have had the complete opposite of that in my experience with them. They are kind, communicative, and honest. We needed a warranty repair on a brand new bike we bought on line and the knowledgeable staff at Cargo were able to help us out SAME day!!! They were super friendly and very helpful!!!
