We are very pleased with the help, kindness and compassion that the team offered. They are focused on the individual needs of the family and situation, very capable and experienced, never in a rush, always making sure that they are doing everything they can to be helpful. Very understanding of needs, making helpful suggestions and capable of meeting them. Friendly, caring, respectful, taking time to listen to what matters bith overall and on each day. Highly recommend this fabulous team.

Found on Google and contacted through WhatsApp. Fast response. Used their ear wax removal service for elderly, housebound mum. Karen was lovely and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend

Majority of carers have little more than a care certificate and no interest or skill in caring for the vulnerable or elderly. Contrary to their website they don’t know how to boil an egg or make porridge ‘the proper way’

Ifra has cared for me morning and evening since the 5th January 2024. She has never had a day off, or been late. She is a really genuine, kind, caring, supportive person, who has always given 100%. I'm now moving home out of the area, so won't be under Epic service care. It's important to not only trust the person who will look after you or your loved one, but that the level of care is high, constant and reliable. Ifra, is all of these.
