I’m so happy that I found The Care Collective. They provided excellent home care to a relative living with Dementia. The carers visit everyday for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. They provide support with personal care and general housekeeping. The care is exemplary. The carers are polite, punctual and very professional. My relative is much happier since we started using The Care Collection’s service. Thanks to Chelsey and the Team once again.

Couldn't be happier with the home care that was provided to my family member. Professional and personable, they allowed us to keep our first choice of staying at home rather than move in to care. The carer built up a great bond quickly and helped build confidence. Highly recommend the care collection as an alternative to care homes.
This care company cares for my autistic daughter and has caused her nothing but confusion and rejection today…… After this review was left yesterday instead of correcting there behaviour and trying to better there services this company decided to hand there notice with leaving 2 days to work leaving a 12 year old girl feeling even more confused and rejected than yesterday just because they aren’t properly equipped and trained to work with a autistic child
I have now worked 7 months for this company. The ongoing support and training is amazing. Staff are very professional and are always there to provide support and assistance all day. staff are very punctual with any queries made through out the day. Always making sure the best care is provided to all clients.
