The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are knowledgeable in their profession. When you walk through the front door there is a concierge. I have seen various nursing homes and the ambiance here is better than in most nursing homes I have visited.
Horrible management. Nurse lead downstairs doesn’t know how to talk to people. Curses and it’s just Ridiculous. Sort of ghetto. Family declined so quick. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
