In 2006 I had a defibrillator implanted by Dr James duc, I knew something was wrong and mcswain was the attending physician, I asked him why I was having a hard time breathing, he completely ignored me. I was sent home then I ended up back in the ER and he happened to be there working, I kept telling him something was wrong and he wouldn't listen to me. Turned out one of the leads perforated my heart and I had to have emergency open heart surgery. I don't know how he continues to be a doctor cause he's really bad at it.
This is undoubtedly the most ill-run medical facility I have ever had the unforeseen experience at in my life. Catherine, the front desk, is uneducated and should not be working at a medical facility l as she is uneducated. Dr. Rashid is a mean ill-spirited, and horrific doctor with no knowledge of medical care.
