I have received excellent care from the doctors, the reception staff is a different matter. When you email they don't reply, when you, call you often get put on hold for long periods. After seeing the doctor, you can be kept waiting at reception for quite some time. And when you dare complain or ask about the lack of service, you get told they are very busy and understaffed. Well get another reception person to help!!!!
Almost 1 hr waiting
Dr Chris Lim is a wonderful Cardiologist who actually listens and I found him to be very knowledgeable and immensely supportive. I wish I had gone to consult him earlier.
