The care from the doctors is excellent if I could review them separately I would. The reception staff on the other hand I rate a 0 if I could. They’re cold, unwelcoming and even if you walk in and they’re not doing anything they make you wait. I can understand if you’re busy, the normal courtesy as a customer service provider is to apologise and say “I’ll be with you in a moment” but you don’t get anything not even a smile! DO BETTER! I get better service at VicRoads and they’re actually busy!
Doctors are great, reception staff not worth mentioning!
Can't recommend the Cardiologists and Dr Gautam Vaddadi enough! He was thorough with his investigation on my case and was able to find a extremely rare heart condition and get me in contact with the surgeons at the Alfred Hospital who also did an amazing job!! He was also very helpful with the post Op communication and recovery care
I have received excellent care from the doctors, the reception staff is a different matter. When you email they don't reply, when you, call you often get put on hold for long periods. After seeing the doctor, you can be kept waiting at reception for quite some time. And when you dare complain or ask about the lack of service, you get told they are very busy and understaffed. Well get another reception person to help!!!!
