We booked the room through booking.com and weren't supposed to pay until on-site. The desk person called my husband and insisted(in broken english) he give his debit card number so he did. During the trip to the hotel we had a family emergency and had to drive straight home instead of stopping in Luray. My husband called to see if he could cancel and the desk person was super rude and said no.
Would recommend this place. Hands down the best service. The place is also good with a view both inside and outside the room. Place outside to just sit and do whatever you want while watching the view. The service and the staff are really nice and friendly. Would visit again for sure.
Old school motel. Nice service but not much in terms of amenities. Very clean but definitely 70s style.
