Jessica and Niyah are incredible and do a lot for the Cardinal.They have assisted me and many other residents with any questions or concerns that we may have. They’ve made living here worth it with their welcome attitude and bright smiles 🙃
I have waited 2.5 years to write this review. The Cardinal apartment has single handedly ruined my roommate and living situation for 2.5 years of my college experience. Sophomore year I lived with friends and was happy with rent, communication and maintenance. Then, when they opened for resigning, I resigned immediately for my junior year, but my 3 other roommates’ rooms were signed away to other people, because the resigning period we were given was NOT honored. Literally graduated back in 2023 but it still makes me so mad how bad these apartments where and all the made up charges they tried to make me pay when I moved out. They kept saying I was given a mattress topper on move in and so did “everyone else” so I reached out to everyone in the group message and not one person had received a mattress topper. Seemed like a scam and then the manger was beyond rude to both me and my mom when we tried to explain we never had a mattress topper. I would choose any other apartment than this ... read more
Living at the cardinal has been fantastic. I do see how some of the old reviews are bad and it is because they had the most horrible management right before September. They switched management and everything went uphill VERY QUICKLY! I started living at the cardinal because i needed a 6 month lease from the university, and they surpassed all my expectations. again, before september it was HELL, the old manager was rude, condescending and did nothing for the property.
