RecommendedThe Cardinal at North Hills has been our home for three years and we couldn't be more pleased ! We love our apartment and all the activities that we enjoy in the community. We have found some very interesting people who are also residents here and we can share cultural trips with them. We like to stay active and the Cardinal provides plenty of opportunities to participate in a wide variety of fun things to do. Last but not least the staff is superior, knowledgable, helpful, kind and caring. We do love it here !
