Two years post-MI (Oct 2023). Recent stress echo (external centre) showed significant drop in EF with exertion. All bloods perfect, HbA1c 6.0, potassium 4.5, home BP consistently normal. Still on very low doses of bisoprolol and candesartan. Asked to start Entresto and optimise the four-pillar therapy per current guidelines.
