Amazing team work. From start to finish. Thanks to Phil and his team. Ours was a big job. Explained everything and kept us up to date. We picked it up today and so very happy.
We were travelling from QLD, had our air con breakdown in Perth. Called and left a message over the new year period. Phil called us back next day. He went out of his way to track down the air con we wanted and get it couriered to them, and then he fit us in for install a few days later, so as not to hold up our trip too long. Was having trouble trying to find a repairer ASAP. Most places had upto a 6 week wait. Although the guys stated that they too were very busy, I explained my situation and they went above and beyond to fit me in the following week. I greatly appreciate you juggling your bookings to fit me in. Very friendly and easy to deal with.
Our caravan was supposedly serviced here on 11/11/24 in readiness for an away off grid trip over Christmas / new year .we needed reliable and trusted service . We spent a horrid time trying to fix 2 major problems water and power Water hose and broken tap under van to tanks.... find it hard to believe that you don't notice this when the van is on a hoist getting all breaks inspected ect..did not allow us to use /fill water tanks . Power ...no power at all. FYI they put in a new battery haha. But did any of there staff check ... read more
