Just had our van in for its first service and warranty claims. Top marks to Erin. She was amazing, couldn’t help us enough and everything was done in the time frame as promised. Big pat on the back for Erin and the service team. Great job guys. Thank you.
No spare parts
Just went in to service dept this morning, Stood there for roughly 10 mins just waiting for the service lady to finish up with the customer in front ( not a problem) she went over to her desk to get something and didn’t even acknowledge us that was after about 12 mins couldn’t even say hi guys sorry to keep you I’ll be with the shortly so after 15 mins. Caravan in for its first service and it took three weeks to get it back. When booking in the service we asked them to order some additional things for our van this was done at least 6 weeks prior to van coming in for service and we still did not get the items we ordered. Poor after sales service We will not be returning!!!! All good when they taking your money and promising the world
