To Josh & the team at Caravan Hub, THANK YOU!! After the cable broke on the winch for our Jayco Penguin, we were wondering how long we would be out of action for, particularly after Jayco Townsville were booked out 8 months in advance. Booked in for service whilst on our lap and they identified both axles were faulty. Warranty claim raised and once delivery was received from Regent RV, they pulled out stops to get axles fitted so we could continue with our travels. Thank you everyone, especially Erin and Linda
