We paid $100 for Mike to quote us on some improvements to our caravan. We paid, so he provided us a quote and we both agreed to proceed and pencilled in a date. After multiple communication attempts he cancelled days before he was supposed to do the job. We requested a refund of our initial payment, which he refused to provide.
