I’ve been coming to this car wash for years because it’s close to my house and very convenient. The customer service has always been friendly, which I appreciate. However, with the basic plan, the rinse cycle doesn’t seem to provide enough water. Even after washing, I often notice soap left on my windshield and other parts of my car because there isn’t enough water flow to fully rinse it off. I’ve been a cx now for about 4yrs & the staff is absolutely AMAZING!!! Never once have I gone through & not gotten a smile and hello, have a nice day. Herbert, u have one hell of a staff. Kudos to each one. Special shout out to the 2 that know by sight (lol since I’m there almost everyday).
