I just canceled my membership because after getting my car washed, I noticed the paint come off my car and my license plate and my car was never clean, it still had dirt on it after going through the wash

This place scratched up my car and does not want to take responsibility! I highly do not recommend this place and reported them to my insurance company.. Extremely unhelpful Assist Manager named Brett. And I better not be charged another month or I'm reporting you to Consumer Protection! Update reply to you: I think it's ridiculous that you think your equipment cannot damage a car! Your lack of not taking any responsibility is appalling!
