This wash chipped the paint on the bed side of my new pick up truck. I usually hand wash my vehicles to avoid issues like this but I was in a pinch before having to take clients out. As soon as I got home(3 minutes up the road) I proceeded to wipe down the spots the wash missed and immediately saw 3 equal size chips on the right side of the bed on my truck. I recently visited here and was impressed by the their vacuums, which made cleaning my car interior efficient and thorough. However, after using the automatic car wash, I noticed several severe scratches on my car’s paint that were not present before. The scratches are primarily on the hood, side door, and on back tail. Suggesting potential issues with the brushes or machinery used in the wash process. This is the best fully automated Car wash I've used in CT. Great staff to assist as soon as you arrive. Reasonable packages & you'll love the unlimited Vacuuming system.
I’ve been a customer with a monthly pass for a while now and I really have to say the service here is wonderful. Today I ran into an issue with the mat cleaner but Leo & Brett came to the rescue and retrieved my mat that got jammed in the machine. Brett even Took the time to dry off my mat. He went above and beyond in assisting me as did Leo with helping unjam my floor mat. Thanks guys for always keeping the place working and running smoothly!!
