They accept your car for a wash, but they only wash the outside for the hour, but they expect you to assume that you know that after a certain hour they won't clean your car, but they don't tell you, they just assume and want you to take the car home completely dirty inside, just like it arrived. If you're not going to wash the entire car, don't accept it, don't offer service. It's absurd that the client should know the conditions of the car wash and by the way, there was no one to accept your car when you arrived.

I drive about 15 miles just to go to this carwash because I drive a convertible. They always do an excellent job on my car! And to be honest, my car stays clean for about 2 weeks even when it rains 😊
Great pricing for a quick car wash - a steal for $9.95. The wait can get very long during rush hour though, so beware. There were 3-4 cars ahead of us and the whole process took 1 hr from when we drove into the lot to when we drove off
Honestly if i could i would leave zero stars! i dont know her name but the “manager” there was very passive aggressive and rude for no apparent reason ive come here plenty times and never encountered any issues until today when meeting her she was very rude when coming approaching my car she was horrible the customer service was just completely not there i would not recommend dealing with her.
