I waited over an hour and a half for an exterior hand wash only, which was already frustrating. To make matters worse, one of the employees approached my car and asked me if I “have a man.” This was completely inappropriate, invasive, and unprofessional. No woman should feel uncomfortable or be asked personal questions that have nothing to do with the service she’s paying for. This experience was unacceptable.
This was my first time at this car wash. They did a great job washing my vehicle and I’m happy with the quality of the work. However the woman at the front desk has very bad customer service and unwelcoming.
Just got my car wash. The guys had great customer service. The owner asked me at the end how was my visit. I will definitely be back. They had water, coffee, I loved that part. ☺️ I felt like it spent my money in the right place.
