Their cleaning quality is much better than most car wash shops. I previously paid for an undercarriage wash at another car wash, but due to equipment issues and staff error, the undercarriage wasn’t cleaned at all. Here, the undercarriage cleaning was done very thoroughly. The pricing is also reasonable.
Disappointed! Been going to this carwash for a few years no issues with my small compact car which is a chevy spark all of sudden they want to charge me for a truck/suv. Looked it up online to prove my vehicle is not a truck/suv. The white guy was very condescending and was like give her the 50 cent difference back and I was like its not about the money its the principle. Learn the difference between cars, trucks and suvs!!!!!!!
I patronage this place a lot and today was a total disappointment. I have a white car and on the drivers side there was a visible hard bird poop stain....fast forward I go through the wash and the guys dried my car. I get home and notice the bird poop stain is visibly still there, you mean to tell me y'all dried my car and didn't think to take the time to clean that? I don't complain about prices but for $14 I would of felt better going through one of the gas station washes!
