Had a lovely service from Daimon when buying the car. Unfortunately since then it has been terrible, the brake light and engine light have both lit up on the car, we’ve not had a month, I asked if we could change the car to be told ‘that’s a conversation for another day’ and that ‘problems do come up on cars’. Due to financial situations we asked could we give the car back, the manager of the car warehouse told us our only option was to pay the car off.. even though it was in the 14 day period !!! Had a great experience at The Car Warehouse! Just bought a car here and my salesman, David Stoneman, was awesome to work with. Super friendly, easygoing, and really helpful throughout the whole process. Made buying a car way less stressful than I expected. Highly recommend asking for David if you go!
Not very happy with my experience with The Car Warehouse Swansea. I bought a corsa from there and within 2 weeks I found that I had been sold a car with a dodgy clutch and engine failing. I am not pleased and had to send it back for a full refund. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
