Daughter paid $5,500 for a car back in May 2025, it’s been excuses after excuses in regards to the car being roadworthy and ready to collect, we’ve since made a request for a refund which again has resulted in excuses as to when it will be paid, I find it very unfair to take advantage of a young single mum trying to provide to be ripped off, we are in the process of making a claim through AFCA after giving time to complete refund. This place has sold my brother a car with outstanding finance, from 2014 my brother bought this car in 2021. Which has become my responsibility after buying it off him. My mother also purchased a ford focus auto transmission. and after a couple months the trans went bad with very little use. the entire team is dodgy the old man is rude and they know exactly what they are doing. they are extremely fake and will do anything to sell you their broken cars, which nobody inspects properly.
