I came to the shop on 14/12/2025 paid 1500 and next day paid 500 total 2000 for Toyota kluger 2BCV8TR 2012. Attending to me was Regan stoneman he was so promising only for him to play games. First told me car will be ready this week then next week because we have lost the car keys till today he has just refunded 250 and he doesn’t plan paying the rest any time soon. Daughter paid $5,500 for a car back in May 2025, it’s been excuses after excuses in regards to the car being roadworthy and ready to collect, we’ve since made a request for a refund which again has resulted in excuses as to when it will be paid, I find it very unfair to take advantage of a young single mum trying to provide to be ripped off, we are in the process of making a claim through AFCA after giving time to complete refund.
