Owner is very conceded and thought he knew everythg.
Customer service horrible.False advertising.Went to look at a car and the car that was posted online was in fact the car at the lot but they most definitely neglected to take pictures of the cons or even put them in the details of the car.Was told the car was pristine and ready to go,got there and the check engine light was on,huge crack in the windshield.Had a moldy smell which means the sunroof was leaking more than likely.I do not recommend purchasing a car from here,AT ALL
My experience at this dealership was excellent from start to finish. The staff provided outstanding customer service knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, and genuinely focused on my needs. The selection of cars was impressive, offering both quality and variety. Most importantly, the pricing was extremely fair, making me feel confident and satisfied with the vehicle that I purchased.
The sales man was nice and was very helpful.
Not what it used to be. Someone new is working inside and he's not helpful AT ALL. Mechanic said several times, "Me no mechanic" to avoid answering questions. Doesn't make the effort to make sales. Won't give clear answers. Barely gives anything over 7 words at a time. Ive bought several cars from them over the years and the mechanic Al was always super helpful. The guy doing the sales was also super helpful and always very accommodating. But now ... I honestly think they won't make any sales with the two they have inside. C... read more
