I originally came to The Car Shoppe because my previous repair shop no longer accepted CarMax warranties. I needed suspension work and was having A/C issues. Tom and Jordyn were great to work with and made sure my repairs were completed before my warranty expired. They’re a family-owned business that genuinely tries to take care of their customers, and I appreciated the friendly service. We arrived in Lake George and check engine light pop on. I was recommended to Car Shoope by another garage. They were extremely busy yet Jordan work with me to get our car check out.Tom and his team check out everything and made sure the car was safe to drive. It was a great experience, not only did they go above and beyond. But they genuine people just trying to help you out in a pinch. Highly recommend them.
