Staff friendly. Brought two cars in. One old, running very rough, one 4 years old - general service. All repaired and serviced well. Very happy with service!
I am so appreciative of The Car Shop and Ron the service manager. My low pressure sensor went off on my rear right tire on my way up to the U.P. My husband was able to call around in Eagle River (as he had cell coverage and I didn't) and after a couple of no's from other shops, Ron said he could squeeze us in in the afternoon! With in an hour my tire was fixed and I was back on the road. Very grateful to The Car Shop and Ron for his exceptional customer service. Thanks again
No happy. I took in one of our service vehicles for our company for a driveline vibration. Was called and had other work that needed to be done too which I agreed to have done. However when I picked up the vehicle the vibration was still there. It was 3000 worth of work and the problem I brought it in for was still there. Was not happy with this as I gladly would have passed on the services recommended to have the vibration go away. The service manager Ron and his crew are excellent at diagnosing and resolving the issues and repairs! Very friendly, trustworthy, and honest service. Very satisfied, and highly recommend this shop!👌🏼 👍🏻 also reasonably priced!
