I rented a car here for a day and paid in full. A month later the exact same amount was charged again on my credit card without my authorization. My credit card company confirmed the transaction was processed with my card and PIN even though I was not at the location. They treated it as fraud, blocked my card, and issued a replacement. When I went back to the rental office they denied responsibility and gave no explanation. Check your statements carefully after renting here.
My car was being serviced at the dealership I go to, and there was no rental car available for me, so as a favour from this place, I received a car rental. This was not my decision to go here and if it was I would’ve regretted it. Do not come here. Employees will make you feel uncomfortable and try to demean your character despite not knowing them from a hole in the wall. I have used the Car Rental place twice already. They are amazing. It was a very smooth and easy transition going from the body shop to here. Bob picked me up and he was terrific! I dealt with both Frank and John. Wonderful, easy guys to work with and really helped me out. I had a nice little car, a corolla and they go over everything with me ahead of time. Huge scammers. You fill the gas tank till it clicks before returning it and they charge you saying it wasn’t filled. They tell you to bad even though you have proof of your gas receipt and everything. Please avoid this place to save yourself the headache and stress. They also don’t let you speak to a manager. He/she is magically never there. My dealership sent us here because our car was being fixed and the rental was under warranty. They have nicely said they will pay the charge but there still should not have been one!
