This is my go to car rental place whenever I'm in town. Consistently reliable service, great clean cars, quick to reply by phone and email, what else do you need?

I rented a car here for a day and paid in full. A month later the exact same amount was charged again on my credit card without my authorization. My credit card company confirmed the transaction was processed with my card and PIN even though I was not at the location. They treated it as fraud, blocked my card, and issued a replacement. When I went back to the rental office they denied responsibility and gave no explanation. Check your statements carefully after renting here.

My car was being serviced at the dealership I go to, and there was no rental car available for me, so as a favour from this place, I received a car rental. This was not my decision to go here and if it was I would’ve regretted it. Do not come here. Employees will make you feel uncomfortable and try to demean your character despite not knowing them from a hole in the wall.
