I took my Father’s car in at the beginning of the week for agreed work to a bonnet dent and badly scuffed front composite bumper. The car was ready by Wednesday afternoon and the transformation was incredible. I showed Dad the photos of the work and he was delighted. Well priced, well timed and high quality finish.
Absolutely awful experience. Partners car went in for a minor scratch and has taken well over 6 weeks. Useless staff, should have known it would take forever when the receptionist was in a tracksuit and staff arrived late to work when we went in at 8am. Very poor company and will lie saying ‘parts haven’t come’ when they haven’t even ordered them.
Quick turnaround on my car repair and very pleased with the service provided. Car nice and clean and looking like new, couldn't ask for anything more.
Straight forward, and easy process from the start, to get my car repaired. Three days (I had a large scuff and broken back light, down to an impatient Van scraping past me down a busy country lane) and I had my car back…..Car was washed for me (yay!) and when I noticed a small blemish on the paintwork, one lad grabbed his mini buffer gun, & polished it away for me on the spot. Would defo return & recommend to others. Thanks guys
