Parked on July 4 2022 at The CarPark for 2 hours, paid $6.00, cash by machine, receive a receipt. Then the next morning got a **** for illegal parking. Spent 2hours on the phone and their website Trying to resolve this problem, sending them photos of our receipt. totally unprofessional company. On January 20th, 2017 I parked in the Ninth and Bannock Garage. I was there for less than 1 hr. When I went to leave the automated gate would not read the ticket. So I pushed the button to talk to somebody. They had me re-enter the ticket so they could listen to what the machine was doing. They then asked me if I would agree to pay the fee if they opened the gate. I agreed. They took my mailing information. I get the $2.00 fee in the mail with a $20.00 processing fee.
