I am very grateful for the Car Haggler. I am a big believer in hiring professionals for what they do and Shawn is a true professional. We had three different people refer him to us so we thought we need to give him a call. Shawn was great. He managed all the stressful parts, patiently guided me through the process of buying a car. Saved a lot of time.
We are not real thrilled about a car buying process and so glad to find Shawn. He is very helpful, communicative, and GREAT customer service from day 1 when we contacted him for help to the day we pick up our car from the dealer. I used the consultation service after a recommendation from a former boss when I found myself unexpectedly needing a new car. The last minute nature led me to go to dealerships on my own and I wanted to make sure I was not being ripped off.
