Recently bought a Hilux dual cab 4x2 from Darryl. Car was in very good condition, reasonable mileage and batter priced than some of the other rubbish ones I looked at. The vehicle was very clean and well looked after. I picked up a couple a small faults which Darryl and rectified in short time. Found Darryl to be very personable and not pushy at all. He was very easy to deal with. I can certainly strongly recommend visiting The Car Guys if your in the market for a vehicle, they carry a varied and well priced range.

It appears the owner and salesperson have misunderstood the key issue I am raising. Under Western Australian law, I am entitled to a full refund because no written or signed contract of sale was ever entered into. Section 42A of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1973 (WA) clearly requires vehicle sale agreements to be in writing and signed by both parties.
