I bought a car from The Car Gallaria on 2/23/2024 and byFruary I had to get a thermostat for the car, which I didn’t mind because it wasn’t a lot and by the way, the payments were $523 a month, insurance was $500 a month and then in July the motor gave out and it was over $6000 to be fixed so I called the car Galleria and all they had to say was ‘Mam, I don’t know what to tell you. Do not recommend. Gave us a raggedy truck that didn't last but 3 days & told us to drop it off to someone that claimed they would fix it and never called us back to get the truck at all. Kept our money and the truck!
Terrible service. They don't open til 10 or 10:30. They come and open when they want to. Me and my boys was Literally seating there from 8:45-3:45 together. They said that he would be able to leave with a vehicle til he gets approved for another one. I left to try and pick up my kids but to find out before 5 that they left him at the shop with no transportation. I bought this car on 8/18 drove it 3 days then I had to put where it was for 3 weeks claim they put a new motor in it but they couldn’t have. I got it out of the shop today on 9/19. Drove it and it left me stranded 3 miles from home.
